Itinerary

Day 1: Ende / Maumere – Moni Village

Start the journey in Ende or Maumere. Pick-up from the airport/hotel and drive to Moni Village. Stop at viewpoints and a traditional village before checking in at your hotel.

Day 2: Moni – Kelimutu – Wologai – Ende – Riung

Early drive to Kelimutu for sunrise over its stunning tri-colored lakes. Return for breakfast, visit Ndua Ria Market, Wologai traditional village, and Blue Stone Beach before heading to Riung. Overnight in Riung.

Day 3: Riung Marine Park Snorkeling Tour

Take a boat trip to Riung 17 Islands. Visit Kalong Island to see fruit bats, snorkel at Bako/Tembang, and relax with a BBQ lunch at Tiga Island. Return to Riung for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Riung – So’a Hot Springs – Bajawa

Drive to Bajawa, stopping at So’a Hot Springs. Visit the Bajawa local market before checking in at the hotel.

Day 5: Bajawa Countryside Tour

Explore Ngadha tribal villages—Bena, Luba, and optionally trek to Tololela. Visit Mala Nage hot spring before returning to the hotel.

Day 6: Bajawa – Aimere – Borong – Ruteng

Stop at Aimere to see traditional palm liquor distillation, visit Rana Mese Crater Lake, then head to Ruteng. Visit Liang Bua ‘Hobbit Cave’ before checking in at the hotel.

Day 7: Ruteng – Cancar – Denge – Wae Rebo

Drive to Cancar to see the iconic spider-web rice fields, then to Denge for a 3-hour trek to Wae Rebo, a traditional Manggarai village. Dinner and overnight at Wae Rebo.

Day 8: Wae Rebo – Denge – Labuan Bajo

After breakfast, interact with locals before trekking down to Denge. Drive to Labuan Bajo for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9: Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Menjertite – Kalong Island

Board a local boat to explore Kelor Island (hiking), Menjertite (snorkeling), and Kalong Island to witness thousands of bats at sunset. Overnight on the boat.

Day 10: Padar – Long Beach – Pink Beach – Komodo Island

Trek to Padar Island for breathtaking views, then snorkel at Long Beach and Pink Beach. Continue to Komodo Island for a trek to see Komodo dragons. Overnight on the boat.

Day 11: Manta Point – Taka Makasar – Siaba – Kanawa – Labuan Bajo

Snorkel at Manta Point and Taka Makasar (chance to see manta rays). Visit Siaba Island (possible turtle sightings) and Kanawa Island before returning to Labuan Bajo. Transfer to hotel or airport for onward travel.
