This 7-day adventure takes you across the heart of Flores, from the mystical Kelimutu three-colored lakes to the colorful Blue Stone Beach, vibrant Riung Marine Park, traditional Bena Village, and the breathtaking Spider Web Rice Fields in Cancar. The highlight is an overnight stay in the remote and authentic Wae Rebo Village, where you’ll experience the unique way of life of the Manggarai people.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Maumere / Ende – Moni (+/- 60–100 km)

• Pick up from airport or hotel in Ende or Maumere.

• Scenic drive to Moni Village, with stops at viewpoints and local villages.

• Check in at accommodation in Moni. Overnight stay.

Day 2 – Moni – Ende – Riung (+/- 180 km, 7 hrs)

• Early wake-up, drive to Kelimutu Volcano.

• 45-minute trek to the summit for sunrise at the three-colored lakes (turquoise, brown, black).

• Return to hotel for breakfast.

• Visit Wologai Traditional Village.

• Continue drive to Ende, with photo stops.

• Stop at Blue Stone Beach (Panggajawa) for swimming/relaxation.

• Arrive in Riung, check in at accommodation. Overnight stay.

Day 3 – Riung Marine Park Excursion

• Breakfast at hotel, then transfer to pier.

• Boat trip to 17 Island Marine Park.

• Visit Kalong Island (thousands of fruit bats).

• Snorkel at Bako/Tembang Reef and Pulau Tiga.

• Relax at Rutong Island.

• Return to Riung, overnight stay.

Day 4 – Riung – Bajawa (+/- 70 km, 3.5 hrs)

• Breakfast, then drive to Bajawa.

• Stop at So’a Hot Springs for a natural bath.

• Visit Bena Traditional Village, famous for preserved Ngada culture.

• Check in at hotel in Bajawa. Overnight stay.

Day 5 – Bajawa – Ruteng (+/- 135 km, 5 hrs)

• Breakfast at hotel.

• Visit Aimere Village to see palm wine (arak) distillation.

• Continue through the highlands with stop at Rana Mese Crater Lake.

• Arrive in Ruteng, check in at accommodation. Overnight stay.

Day 6 – Ruteng – Denge – Wae Rebo (+/- 70 km, 3.5 hrs drive + 3 hrs trek)

• Breakfast at hotel.

• Visit Cancar Village for the unique Spider Web Rice Fields (Lodok).

• Drive to Denge Village, trek starting point.

• 3-hour trek through dense rainforest to Wae Rebo Village, located 1,200m above sea level.

• Welcomed traditionally by the villagers.

• Overnight in a traditional house (Mbaru Niang).

Day 7 – Wae Rebo – Denge – Labuan Bajo (+/- 90 km, 5 hrs)

• Breakfast in Wae Rebo.

• Explore the village and interact with locals.

• Trek back to Denge, then drive toward Labuan Bajo.

• Stop at viewpoints and Lembor Village (rice terraces).

• Arrive in Labuan Bajo in the afternoon, check in at hotel. Tour ends.
